Finnish Pancakes

Finnish Pancakes

6 eggs
4 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter

Heat oven to 450. Melt butter in 9x13 inch baking pan. Mix well the remaining ingredients in blender. Pour mix into butter coated pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

Can be eaten plain or can be eaten with jelly, syrup, honey, fruit, cream, or powdered sugar. I personally like it with powdered sugar. This recipe has been doubled and changed some from the recipe my mom had written down. Oh, and it is suppose to separate two layers.
