Creamed Eggs

Creamed Eggs

3 hard boiled eggs
2 tbs flour
2 tbs margarine or butter
1/4 tsp salt
sliced bread

Put butter, flour, and salt into a 2 quart microwave safe bowl. Put it into the microwave for 30 seconds or until margarine melts. During this time it would be good to start peeling the eggs. Take out and put milk in until it is 1 1/2 cups full. Stir (Try to get the clumps out). Put back into microwave for 1 minute. Take out and stir. Put back in for 30 seconds. Take out and stir. Repeat underlined part until thick. When thick, slice eggs into bowl. Stir.

Serve over bread or toast. I found that this covers about 6 or more slices of bread.
